    What is one thing you love about yourself?

    I love my resilience. I’ve been through a lot publicly and privately, and I always find a way to keep going, growing, and showing up as myself.

    What does self-care look like to you on a free day?

    Slow mornings, no alarms, starting the day strong with power plate and red light therapy, a workout I actually enjoy, good food, and being completely unreachable for a few hours. Quiet is my favorite luxury.

    What is your favorite mantra?

    “It’s not if, it’s when.”

    What’s one daily ritual you never skip?

    Movement. Even if it’s light stretching or a walk, I need to move my body every day to feel grounded.

    How do you unwind after a long day?

    A burning hot shower, skincare, comfortable clothes, and zoning out with something mindless on TV. The heat resets me.

    Do you pack for a trip in advance or save it for a last-minute scramble?

    I pack slowly for like two weeks before I leave. I never want to forget anything.

    What’s your go-to wellness practice when you’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed?

    Stepping away. I’ve learned that rest is productive, and sometimes the best thing I can do is pause instead of pushing through.

    What role does fitness play in your self-care routine?

    It’s everything. Fitness isn’t about aesthetics for me, it’s about mental clarity, discipline, and feeling strong in my body.

    Do you have a favorite skincare or body care product you can’t live without?

    What’s one piece of advice you would give to your younger self?

    Trust yourself sooner. You don’t need permission, validation, or approval to go after what you want.
