What is one thing you love about yourself? 

One thing I love about myself is my desire to connect with people. I truly enjoy meeting new people and hearing new stories. I find people in general so interesting. 

What does self-care look like to you on a free day? 

Self-care on a free day is me easing into my morning with a cup of coffee. Then, a workout and a walk with my husband. The simple things.

What is your favorite mantra? 

My favorite mantra is “it's better to be a cool person rather than to just have a cool job”.

What’s one daily ritual you never skip? 

One daily ritual just so happens to be the one that I spend the most time doing with my kids which are their bedtime routine and singing in the car with them. Mama bear!

How do you unwind after a long day? 

I don’t really unwind. I just sort of go until I crash, haha. 

Do you pack for a trip in advance or save it for a last-minute scramble? 

Last minute scramble all the way! #SecondsOnTheClock. 

What’s your go-to wellness practice when you’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed? 

When I'm feeling stressed or overwhelmed, I practice breathing in the moment, but therapy in general. 

What role does fitness play in your self-care routine? 

Fitness plays a big role in my self care routine! It makes a difference in how I feel at the end of the day.

Do you have a favorite skincare or body care product you can’t live without? 

La Mer Soft Cream is what I use for skin care. Kerastase Masquintense is the most amazing conditioner on the planet. I've been using it for 20 years now. 

What’s one piece of advice you would give to your younger self?

One advice I’d give my younger self is to never run from who you are. While it doesn’t feel like it in the moment, your quirks will find a home.
