What is one thing you love about yourself?
I love how passionate I am. I have a passion for helping others, whether that’s through my business or my friends. I’m passionate about cooking, my husband (lol), my career, and my loved ones. Having that fire every day is powerful.
What does self-care look like to you on a free day?
Self-care on a free day means no hair and makeup, cooking myself some delicious meals, working out or going for a walk, and cuddling up with my husband! My life can be pretty hectic, with work and travel, so any day that looks like this – I cherish! I need those reset days where I don’t have to be so “on.”
What is your favorite mantra?
“You are greater than your thoughts.”
That one’s got me out of my head a lot. My thoughts can get the best of me, so to remind myself that I am GREATER than them, and 85% of these thoughts will never be true, helps a ton.

What’s one daily ritual you never skip?
My morning coffee.
How do you unwind after a long day?
I love to cook myself dinner with music on. I also LOVE a face mask, which I don’t know how much they truly work, but they make me feel comforted, and like a reward at the end of the day. I’m also getting super into mock-tails. I love to make a mock-tail for myself as I cook. And my favorite way to unwind? Combining those activities – drinking a mock-tail WHILE making dinner WHILE wearing a face mask. Wow, sounds like a delightful night.
Do you pack for a trip in advance or save it for a last-minute scramble?
Always last minute scramble, and I regret it the moment I get to the city. I am the friend that’s ALWAYS borrowing from you because I packed last minute.
What’s your go-to wellness practice when you’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed?
WALK! Walk for 5 minutes or an hour. Get outside in nature, turn on your fav songs, and walk it out. Walking is free, and can solve a lot of problems.
What role does fitness play in your self-care routine?
Everything!!! It’s hard to even put into words how much fitness plays a role in my life- and in my confidence journey. I was an athlete in college and always trained super hard for my sport.
When I moved on from lacrosse, I had to relearn to workout for my mental health, and to actually enjoy working out, rather than pushing my body so hard constantly. I work out because I love my body, not because I hate it. I have learned to be so grateful to be able to move my body – it’s all about mindset.
Working out helps me feel accomplished, strong, powerful, and confident. It’s everything.

Do you have a favorite skincare or body care product you can’t live without?
Lotion!!! I hate dry skin! Especially because I travel so much, hydrating both with water and lotion on my skin is key. For my lips, I live for Bag Balm.
What’s one piece of advice you would give to your younger self?
Everything will work out, just enjoy the journey of figuring it out. My younger self would worry SO much, that I have to have my whole life figured out at 18, 21, even 26. Good things take time, and every step you take is for a reason. Stay patient, work hard, and keep persisting.
