From embracing the chaos of last-minute packing to letting go of perfectionism, her answers are as grounding as they are inspiring.

1. What is one thing you love about yourself?

I love that I’m a lifelong learner—curious about the world and always open to change. I embrace growth and enjoy the process of learning, even when I don’t know the answers right away.

2. What does self-care look like to you on a free day?

Self-care for me is anything that makes me happy without the pressure to be productive. I love spending time in nature, like hiking, and taking the day slow without feeling rushed.

3. What is your favorite mantra?

My favorite mantra is simple: “Do you.”

4. What’s one daily ritual you never skip?

I never skip my nighttime routine—it’s my sacred wind-down time. That includes essential oils, my sleep mask, favorite lotions, and my white noise machine.

5. How do you unwind after a long day?

I like to get cozy in my favorite pajamas, go through my skincare routine, light a candle, and just relax.

6. Do you pack for a trip in advance or save it for a last-minute scramble?

I’m definitely more of a last-minute packer, thanks to my ADHD, but I’m working on getting better at planning ahead!

7. What’s your go-to wellness practice when you’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed?

I either go for a hike or take a nap—both help me reset.

8. What role does fitness play in your self-care routine?

Fitness is super important for me, but when I get busy, it’s usually the first thing I skip. I’m working on prioritizing it more because I really feel the difference in my health and energy when I stay consistent.

9. Do you have a favorite skincare or body care product you can’t live without?

10. What’s one piece of advice you would give to your younger self?

I’d tell my younger self not to be so hard on herself and to let go of the need for perfection. Happiness is enough, and it’s okay to just be.
